         <description><![CDATA[<p>We changed the deepfried French fries to baked sweet potato fries. Sweet potato is high in vitamin A and dietary fibre which contributes to the feeling of satiety. It also lowers fat content.                                           </p><p><br/></p><p>We changed the white bun into wholegrain bun as it has more fibre while being low in calories and contains more b vitamins.</p><p><br/></p><p>We can also change the soda to water as it contains less sugar and thus has less chance for diabetes and obesity as sugar adds to energy intake.</p><p><br/></p><p>We changed soda to low-fat milk as it is high in calcium while being low in fats.</p><p><br/></p><p>We changed beef patty to lean ground beef as it contains less saturated fats and uses healthier oils.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Fried Bee Hoon with Fishballs and Iced Lemon Tea: </p><p><br></p><p>Ice Lemon Tea replace with Fruit Juice (Orange Juice specifically) because it provides vitamins, No vegetables to Add more Vegetables such as carrots and broccoli because carrots help to improve eyesight and broccoli is a good source of dietary fibre, 1000-1200 mg of sodium changed to using less salt because it is recommended and lowers health problems and lastly, fishballs replaced with boiled chicken as fishballs contains little to no amount of protein - boiled chicken is high in protein to maintain muscle health and function.</p>]]></description>
