고초균이 실용적인 측면에서 대장균보다 우월하기에 산업적으로 유용한 효소들을 비교적 효율적으로 생산하는가. 

알고자 한 것:
베타-1, 3-1, 4-glycanase 유전자를 이동, 발현시켜 효소 생산 및 분비, 처리 여부 등을 비교하여 응용적인 측면을 탐구.

실험내용:
바실러스 코아귤런스와 바실러스 서브틸리스, 바실러스 메가테리움을 LN배지를 사용하여 37도에서 진탕배양함.
