When using school devices, there are at least 2 platforms they need to differentiate:

Windows log-in: (refer to picture below)
1) practise typing their birth cert number in a line (beware of the uppercase, use "shift" key), followed by
2) typing the password "Qifa2021" in the next line

SLS log-in:
