The instruments that are playing in Princess Leia's theme are violin, strings, flute, oboe and French horn. 

The tempo is : Adagio (slow)

It is playing in a Major key.

Leitmotif: theme - half way through, the violins take over and play the leitmotif.

There is a crescendo with the strings and this changes to a diminuendo to end the phrase.

Next section of the piece. It is in major key. The glockenspiel joins in. Other brass instruments join in to play the melody. It becomes more upbeat and joyful.
Strong, wise, relaxing, calming, meditative, positive, energetic character.

The third section of the piece of the violins play the melody. There is a timpani drum roll after a big crescendo.

Homophonic texture throughout

Fourth Section:
The flute then plays the melody
Harp plays arpeggios (broken chords)
The dynamics are mainly pianissimo (very quiet)

Chewbacca's theme: tushfromdabush https://padlet.com/tushfromdabush/ft5nbu015q3e/wish/218918000 Chewbacca's voice was created by the original films' sound designer, Ben Burtt, from recordings of walruses, lions, camels, bears, rabbits, tigers, and badgers in Burtt's personal menagerie. The individual recordings were mixed at different ratios for Chewbacca's different utterances. 
Chewbacca's theme song shows the heroic side of him. 
It's tempo is slow, the Italian term is (Andante)
