Narrator: Now that taxes have been cut, people have the ability to spend more on material things or invest more in businesses. Evidently, as these people and business spend more money, the circulation becomes greater producing more goods and services. GDP was strengthened as a result, and people began to gain back their employment, and unemployment rates decreased.
