They work together and invited group from Europe and Africa, they were making exchange, do some activities like  sports together

Responsibilities - shared among everyone, in Algeria and Tunisia it is a volunteering work, the Germany had a budget

They had meetings every week to update progress.

In the middle of the project the second Algerian organization stopped responding.

The project was about promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship among university students. The partners were from Germany Greece protugal

What was very special about the project was the idea to promote entrepreneurship and innovation among the students and teach them teach them in an innovative way. We brought real problems from industries like tourism, renewable energy and pharmacy. We presented real problems from companies.

As a results many participants have jobs in the field now. The partnership worked so well because we organized each step in project teams.

A lot of people from different departments were involved.

We met some of the partners in previous partnerships communication from idea to project writing to implementation

We used WhatsApp, physical, al least once a month, very proactive partners.

Trust came from having worked together, honesty, working on the same objectives.

Everyone wanted the project and the students to succeed.

It is not structured, but workers are very integrated and motivated to do this task because they have the same goal and vision. They all work in similar environments so they face same difficulties is ---- this builds up trust in addition to confidentiality.

Partnership: Previous projects in KA1, We discover that PS partners located in IL, but the other partners accommodate that as LB partners are forbidden to build any kind of relations or communication with organizations from IL

The project was divided into work packages

Activities: A training, website, webinar, local activities.

Good practices:

• They have meetings every month

• They cooperate in the amplification

• Each partner is responsable of something

They have involved more than 100 people

30 countries most of them from Africa

5 days of activity in El Cairo

Good practices:

• A lot of people from different countries came so they made a good presentation of the project

• more than 80 participant that enrich the program

Partnership: Organizations from Morocco, Estonia, Romania and Spain

Activity: 10 days activity in Spain and in Morocco

Participants: 8+1 per county

Good practices:

• The participants took part in the preparation of the project during the application

• The participants decided the topic and the activities and they guided it during the YE

• Each organization leader was responsible of the logistic in their country
