Gamification could be used to engage and motivate participants
2. Badges could be used to reward and recognise achievements
3. Evaluation will be conducted to measure the success and ROI of the program
I have focused on the training of ethics in the financial planning industry over recent times, due to changing legislation for financial advisers. Gamification could be used by presenting scenarios and the actions taken by the learner could result in different outcomes (ie. game). Whilst ethics is grey, this would more offer 'black and white' options between right & wrong outcomes. Badges could be introduced as the ethics training is to occur at multiple points over time. Evaluation on the learning itself has taken place, however ROI could consider such things as breaches of the Code of Ethics, however, the challenge is tracking/ monitoring of this in a large organisation and that there are many grey elements.

Many of the larger institutions now have learning databases such as LinkedIn Learning, allowing a plethora of customised learning options.
