This then became wanting to be the support the teachers on my team needed so that they can be the best for their students. The role came naturally for me as I began as a Teaching Fellow with a hunger to learn as much as I could throughout my 13 year career as an educator and leader. Also my principal asked me to do this, as a lot of the work I had been doing for the school fell into the peer collaborative role anyway. ~Awilda Jimenez
