In 1989, Marty Goodman co-founded Postal Buddy Corporation, an automated system to help the U.S. Postal Service improve change-of-address processing, leading to more than 15 patents for engineering and design. In 1996, Marty Goodman returned to school to earn a master of business administration from the University of San Diego. Graduating the following year, he achieved distinction as the class valedictorian. Over the next 20 years, he would turn his focus to real estate development, management, lending, and construction. Today, he serves as the president of Henderson Properties, Inc., a real estate investment firm he founded in Las Vegas.In addition to his professional responsibilities, Marty Goodman is an active philanthropist. From 2014 to 2017, he was a lead social venture partner and advisor to Just in Time for Foster Youth, which named him an honoree in 2016.
