For a long, long time, this guy ( pictured above ) was one of the only airlines widely present in India. What i'm saying is that Airlines were'nt so common through the 1900s to the 2000s, and only the wealthy and rich could afford it.

From the 2000s IndiGo, Air Asia and many more companies joined Air India in the airlines market. This significant change in the airlines market made Air Transport much more common, and moulded the airplaney and noisy sky you see today.

This explosion in the number of companies of the airlines market opened the doors for Radar, Sonar and Autopilot to be added to the planes.

This also came as a large factor for airports in cities like Guwahati and Kurnool. Guwahati's airport is called Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport or simply, Guwahati International Airport. The Kurnool airport is called Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy Airport.

Monorail moves on a single track and that's why its unique. It can run in narrow sections and hence requires less space compared the usual metro or trains. Mumbai monorail known as Jacob Circle-Wadala-Chembur commenced in the year 2014. The Mumbai monorail runs at about 80 km per hour. Around 15000 passengers board the monorail everyday. The Mumbai monorail is the third largest monorail system by ridership in the world. It is also eco-friendly as it runs on electricity. It occupies less space , easily accessible and causes less noise pollution. It has definitely eased the public transport system in the crowded metro city - Mumbai.

Indian government is now planning to introduce pod taxi in India. Pod taxi’s, pod cars also referred to as personal rapid transit (PRT) is a type of public transport. It is a small vehicle which carries 3-6 passengers at a time. The PTR is currently working in Morgantown in West Virginia since 1975. Now the government is planning to start it in India too as the traffic jams are the biggest problems in urban areas nowadays.

What is Personal Rapid Transit System

Sized for individual or small group travel, personal rapid transit (PRT) is a transport mode combining small automated vehicles, known as pods, operating on a network of specially built guideways.
The network consists of a number of stations or stops for passengers to get on and get off.
The personal rapid transit system consists of driverless vehicles in the shape of pods, which can hold two to six people each, and run along a predetermined course at 80-130 km per hour.

These taxies will use the Automated People Mover (APM) standards which includes the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the various sub-systems of the APM Syatems.
