We are advancing rapidly that can be a good and bad thing. They apparently have added an on board medic, Well let's say if a bullet does go through the armor then you will have an easy way to get healed instead of trying to yell to get a medic and give away your position, So this will make you less vulnerable so you don't bleed out in battle. It is more  helpful than what you think it could be. This would be the way where we could have stronger numbers instead of having half of our troops getting killed by bleeding out. This would save your life if anything make you almost invincible but without this suit on how it would be different. I'll try to give you 4 reasons why it is different will out this suit on.
Example 1. You will lose more energy than you would usually lose if you had this suit on. 
Example 2. Carrying bigger weapons you can have a choice to have a third arm to help you shoot and stabilize your weapon for better accuracy when aiming down sights. 
Example 3. This I really don't think should be one. Think of it please. Just look how cool the suits look.
Example 4. Finally number 4. This one is the most important if anything this suit if you didn't have it on then you wouldn't be able to carry a 200 Lbs item or carry a heavy bag that will have almost everything you will need to carry to survive, This will also allow you to be more lethal because you can do so much more. So that's one of the positives to this invention.
