As I've gotten more comfortable, I've been shifting toward the "Begin with the End" mentality. Although it is challenging up front, it's been surprising how much less stress I feel with planning and how much more effective my lessons are becoming. I need to be better about pointing out those objectives and emphasizing their relevance.
