  • No serious issues with classroom behaviors

  • I did better at staying on top of kids with tardiness and messaging home. It seemed to help.

  • I used the caddie and had assigned slots. I stayed on top of it for most of the year and it definitely helped.

  • Classroom Behaviors: Having students have their resources ready and setup for class. Creating positive relationships with individual and group collaboration activities.

  • Tardies: Having a 1:1 discussion with those showing up late. Doing hallway sweeps with the 1 minute bell

  • Cell Phones: Making sure they had Laptops ready. Using laptops instead of phones for technology access. Being direct with expectations
