         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>What SI is: </strong><br>SI sessions . . .<strong><br></strong>- are like a <strong><em>guided, interactive study group</em></strong> (we've been online for so long - here's your chance to make new friends and be part of a learning community!)<br>- will focus on the important concepts you need to know<br>- work best when you <em>come as often as you can </em>(come to every session if you can!)<br>- give you an opportunity to work on practice problems that reinforce learning <br>- give you t<em>he practice you need for O Chem</em><br>- will include reviews for exams<br>- are <em>free </em>for you<br>- are for <em>ALL students</em>!<br><br>Students who go to SI tend to have higher grades!<br><br><strong>What SI is NOT: <br></strong>SI sessions . . .<br>- do not replace class lectures (please pay attention in class!)<br>- are not a replacement for studying (please do the class HW on your own)<br>- do not cost money for you <br>- are not <strong>only</strong> for "behind students"<br>- are not <strong>only</strong> for students who are "on top of everything"<br><br>Remember: <strong>SI is a resource for all students.
