Multitasking: can be good or bad, it depends on how you do it. Multi-focus is what we believe we can do, where we try to act similar to that of computers that do multiple things all at once and can do it fine. It will instead do some called the cognitive switching penalty, where when a person keep switching back and forth one something, it loses more time because of how much mistakes you can make during it. The times multitasking can be useful is when you need something that doesn't require as much concentration, but has a lot of tasks to it. For example, when cooking you have to switch back and forth between tasks to do good.

Using the same video as Goal 1, I got that I need to find a way to be better in terms of studying such as the amount of things I do between tabs, where I would talk to someone through messenger and then write an essay at the same time. I could start by having my things straight and tell them what they want to know at that moment, then cut it there.

The solution of this problem could be the ford improved shorthand solution, where one could instead of writing faster, but instead use symbols that could act like a string of letters/ word such as making a "-" be T or "ing". The symbols could be things that could remind you of that one word, such as when you have a word that ends with "tion", you could draw a shin (of a leg), and then make that look simpler and simpler until you get some thing a "L".

I chose this one because 90% of my studies are done with music on and my phone next to me at all times. Now that I have seen this, I noticed that this is actually a big problem for me. I think now with this skill; I can completely stay focus on my work and polish my work discipline for the future when I am in desperate need to gather information.

Right now I feel that my current methods are very inefficient for learning and encoding information for tests. The way I study is to rewrite things to make it more memorable for me personally and then read it, and whenever I do my tests, I do get good scores but I can never get a perfect score or some of my answers will be missing some things like previous mentioned. So like he said, I will try to limit my distractions and start experimenting what could work.

Whenever I reread my notes, I have some issues reading my own writing and sometimes forget what I am trying phrase because I write very badly mostly as I am trying to catch up with the teacher's words most of the time. I believe that shortening my words through these symbols and acronyms will save up time and will help me in writing notes better3.
