(family support - if present, as they are there for you in thick and thin, social support - if not present, schools support - as some of them have a good relationship with teachers, company support)

(dorms identity - building a sense of home and belonging in the hostel, group activities (some do not want to join due to past experience of them getting bullied in the communities which they belonged to), video calls)

main concerns which never change - wanting to feel part of the group and know where you stand in the group (e.g. one youth got bullied and he joined gangs - benefits for both gang and individual)

post-rehab challenges - because of strict regimental rules in the rehab centres/hostels, when they get off rehab, there isn't any rules to control them and they will be free to do things which they want to do without thinking much (due to clients not being under organisation's control after they get off rehab), friends cannot control clients' decisions and clients need to be responsible for their actions in the outside world once they get off rehab

ways in which us as normal citizens can guide these youths
- befriend them (don't dwell too much on consequences)
- try not to push them into sharing their thoughts/views

3. How do you ensure confidentiality between the youths and the organization?

- confidentiality is important (brief them and if there is no need for people to know, he will not share with other people) (if new clients come in, he will leave it up to new clients to share their stories with the older clients)

tend not to read new clients' reports at the start due to him wanting to give opportunity for them to create their own impressions before getting to know them on a deeper and more personal level

breach of confidentiality - intend to harm others or harm themselves, option of client to bring up the case or organisation bring up the case but in the words of the client

4. In your opinion, what are some factors that lead to their decrease in self-confidence?

- try to offer a buffet of options for the youths to choose from and going through with them (empowering youths to make choices for themselves and letting them know that organisation is with them in every choice they make and every consequences which follow it while letting them not escape the reality of the actual world)

- involving youths in programmes held at hostels

challenging case - depressive youths (didn't know what to do, support from peers)

evaluation of the youths' behavior during the youths' stay in the hostel - collate and consolidate whatever have been done with the clients and clients and clients' family members have been asked to fill up a feedback survey/questionnaire, scoring system to analyze whether clients' behavior became better, remained the same or became worse over a period of time) , finding out the reasons for the similarity or change in behavior, nothing much that organisation can do since it's not within their control, involve family and other community members to find some form of social support for clients
