The Kinetic Energy wouldn't be able to give off energy if it wasn't for the energy that was stored.<br>Contrasting: Potential Energy is when a resource is storing the energy. Potential energy is the energy that is stored because of it's position.<br>Gravitational Potential Energy: energy of an object because of it's mass and height, the greater the height the greater the gravitational potential energy, the greater the mass the greater the gravitational potential energy.<br>Elastic Potential: potential energy of an object is stretched or compressed.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Energy: is everywhere and can be found in many different forms.<br>Kinetic Energy: is the energy of motion. It depends on two things, it depends on mass and speed. The greater the mass the greater the kinetic energy. The greater the speed the greater the kinetic energy.<br>Potential Energy: the energy that is stored as a result of position or shape. The first type is 'Gravitational Potential Energy' and the second is 'Elastic Potential Energy'.</div>]]></description>
