Shall I start?..... my name is Vikki Booth, I am one of the children's nursing lecturers at the University of Cumbria and your personal tutor, based at Fusehill Campus. I live a weird and wonderful life juggling the chaos of chickens, ponies, dogs and a feral 8 year old, powered by coffee...but I wouldn't have it any other way! When I'm not teaching nursing, I enjoy walking, cycling, running, being up in the fells, and yoga. I'm a bit of bookworm and can often be found with my nose in a good book with a flat white!
I did my nursing course at the University of Nottingham many moons ago. Since then I have worked in children's high dependency and intensive care, in the specialist field of renal and urology (kidneys and plumbing!), and most recently before joining the teaching team, as a children's renal nurse specialist running the UTI Service at the Great North Children's Hospital in Newcastle.

I'm Megan, I live in Penrith. I spent some time before starting university working and getting some experience. I really enjoy motorsport and travelling to watch the Formula 1 races!
