RESPONSE: If you're noticing routines and procedures are not working for a large majority of the group, then you need to make a change. Go back and plan your new routine and procedure, and plan out how to introduce it using the Interactive Modeling format. Give the new routine a minimum of 2 weeks to see if the kids pick it up and if it works better.
