These lanyards come with task cards that the explorers must complete throughout the day and as they take on this role they will engage in activities which reinforce the QuickChange principles of building movement into everyday life.

At the end of the day, each Explorer will be rewarded with a special QuickChange Explorer sticker to take home as a recognition of their efforts.

This initiative encourages participation, responsibility, enthusiasm and leadership amongst others.

Makaton is a communication system that uses signs, symbols and speech to help people communicate.

Therefore we have developed a set of bilingual Makaton exercise cards which children can use as part of a group activity or individually in order to enhance their language and communication skills further.

Educators can support learning by focusing on one movement per week, encouraging children to refine their technique behind each exercise and build confidence before progressing to the next challenge.

Stickers can be used as a reward and once all exercises are complete the card can be used to demonstrate to parents what their child has achieved and refined over a period of time, adding to their crucial physical movement development.
