         <description><![CDATA[<p>When napoleon was defeated Italy went back to being independent states. Kingdom of Sardana was the only actual independent states in Italy. Until the revolution of 1848 went through Europe. The first War to make Italy independent failed but demonstrated that the new king of Sardana needed stronger Allies. Napoleon came to there aid. They won there second Italian war after a couple months.  South and northerners did not get along </p>]]></description>

During the 1800s there was a lot of change in Mexico. When they were an early republic the Mexican people have never self-governed before.</p>]]></description>
