They had countless independent German States. The Germany unification was a gradual process. The start of the German unification was at the end of the Napoleonic Wars. Otto von Bismark was a harsh ruler. In april of 1871 the German Revolution was written. Ending men suffurage.

The German empire was founded in 1871. In 1871 they were governed by the constitution from otto von Bismarck. They had two house that represented the people. And they held a lot of power and could pass or deny laws.

When napoleon was defeated Italy went back to being independent states. Kingdom of Sardana was the only actual independent states in Italy. Until the revolution of 1848 went through Europe. The first War to make Italy independent failed but demonstrated that the new king of Sardana needed stronger Allies. Napoleon came to there aid. They won there second Italian war after a couple months. South and northerners did not get along

the rule of Piedmont Victor Emmanuel the second- he governed with a parliment whos democratic majority refused to ratify the peace treath with austrialia. After the war of 1879 the unification seemed like it was going to happen any second.

People was organized by race. Napoleon forced the two leaders of Spain to leave and put his brother in place. After lots of disaster, Mexico took it's independence from Spain and made a constitution. Many of the leaders where killed.

In 1882 military groups in Mexico city proclaimed Iturbide Emperor Agustín I. During the 1800s there was a lot of change in Mexico. When they were an early republic the Mexican people have never self-governed before.
