Words often fall short when it comes to expressing the depth of my gratitude for all that you have done, but today I want to try to honour your unwavering dedication, patience, and the profound impact you've had on my life.

Being in your class was more than just learning subjects. It was about discovering how to think, how to question, and how to grow. You didn’t just teach me facts and formulas...you taught me how to believe in myself. You helped me find my strengths and face my weaknesses. You made the classroom a place where I felt safe, valued, and encouraged to be my true self.

There were days when I struggled, when things felt overwhelming,but your words, your presence, and your belief in me made all the difference. You were always there, quietly cheering me on, even when I didn’t realize it. You’ve left a mark on my heart that no exam, grade, or certificate could ever reflect.

Your influence stretches far beyond lessons and textbooks. You’ve shown what it means to live with integrity, to lead with compassion, and to work with purpose. Through your example, I’ve learned that teaching is not just a profession...it’s a calling. And you’ve answered that calling with so much heart.

As your student, I feel incredibly lucky to have learned from someone who teaches not just with the mind, but with the soul. May you always be reminded of the lives you’ve changed, the dreams you’ve nurtured, and the love that surrounds you from all those whose lives you've touched including mine.

Thank you for teaching us everything including discipline and subjects throughout these years. Although we may be chaotic or a bit loud sometimes, you guys still continued to teach us with patience and understanding when we needed them.

Indeed some of us makes mistakes and can be quite irresponsible sometimes but it is very kind and generous of you guys to forgive us for it.🙏🏻

Thank you for making us laugh when the situation is funny or slightly serious sometimes because it really lighten the mood of the whole class a lot.

Your guidance has encouraged students to go further into education; like me. I am nervous here at my first day of school, but I quickly got rid of it and started making friends with folks from different school all around Sarawak. I'm not born here in Sarawak, but instead in West of Malaysia and I can see not only the teachers of SMKWP are AWESOME, but the whole Sarawak educators too! Teachers are the backbone of humanity. To the majority of us, teachers are people who give us knowledge - however to some of us, they are like our second parent, perhaps the only parent for those who were unfortunate. I am very grateful to be treated just as if I am at home, if not even better. I cannot imagine a world where these people are absent because I believe in every scenario imaginable, there will always be teachers since it is our instinct to pass down our knowledge to others.

The teachers in SMKWP have done an exceptional job for me and it is only fair to repay them back as much as I can. The teachers gave me all the energy and motivation to achieve my goals in life. I am wishing the best of health to all teachers who have given their time and effort into teaching my friends and I especially over the past year.

With my writing coming to a close, I would like to thank my teachers who kept on pouring their energy onto me. Although I may have done some wrongdoings, it was never in my interest to burden the teachers more since they already have a lot on their plate. I would like to sincerely apologise for any mistake that I have done during my school years. Wishing every teacher a prosperous and wonderful life.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the time, dedication, and effort you have put into shaping me into the person I am today.

Some of the teachers who taught me felt like a second mother—those who made me look forward to coming to school even after tough days, those who brightened my school life by giving me hope and confidence in my studies, and those who always supported me. Hari ini adalah hari untuk kami semua menghargai insan yang sangat berjasa dalam hidup kami – guru. Terima kasih cikgu atas segala ilmu, bimbingan, dan tunjuk ajar yang cikgu berikan tanpa jemu. Setiap hari cikgu masuk ke kelas dengan semangat, walaupun penat, cikgu tetap senyum dan terus mengajar. Kadang-kadang kami buat cikgu marah, kami lambat faham, kami banyak tanya… tapi cikgu tetap sabar, tetap usaha supaya kami boleh berjaya.

Cikgu bukan sekadar pendidik, tapi cikgu juga seperti ibu bapa kedua bagi kami. Cikgu yang ajar kami beza baik dan buruk, cikgu yang percaya pada kami walaupun kami sendiri belum yakin. Terima kasih kerana menjadi cahaya waktu kami dalam gelap, kerana menjadi suara semangat waktu kami hampir putus asa.

Ilmu yang cikgu ajar bukan untuk peperiksaan saja, tapi untuk kehidupan. Kata-kata cikgu, nasihat cikgu, semua akan kami ingat sampai bila-bila. Kami tahu, kadang-kadang cikgu tak nampak hasilnya sekarang, tapi percayalah… setiap satu usaha cikgu akan membuahkan kejayaan pada masa depan.

Kami mungkin tak pandai tunjuk rasa terima kasih selalu, tapi dalam hati kami, cikgu sentiasa ada tempat yang istimewa. Terima kasih kerana menjadi sebahagian daripada hidup kami.
