It was a good refresher on how to reset expectations, explain our roles, and determine next steps.

This whole transition has challenged me. Our Technical Support Team supported 3/4 Lines of Business before the divesture. Going from that to just our Online Program Management line has challenged me to dust off and relearn a lot of the support pieces.

I ended up adding flash cards for module vocabulary in H5P, which I had not done before. The first time I completed it, it took me quite a bit of time. After that, I found a way to streamline the process.

It has not happened before so no existing resources to reference. I had to assess partner needs at a program & course level, manage partner expectations, implement rubrics to assess the courses, research and create resources, and project manage the entire process as the manager and as their ID.
