         <description><![CDATA[<div>Anthony Chacon<br>Celebrity/Prominence<br> a. Who?: A National Football League Quarterback Josh Rosen who played for a team called the Arizona Cardinals. The people who were also involved is the organization of the cardinals and another team called the Miami dolphins.<br>b. What?: Josh Rosen who played in the NFL for his first time in his career gets traded to the Miami Dolphins. Josh Rosen was drafted from the Arizona Cardinals in the NFL 2018 Draft Class, but after a rough season, Cardinals decided to let him go and trade him away.</div><div>c. How?: While the 2019 Draft was taking place all teams are allowed to negotiate trades for players and draft picks with other teams. So the Arizona and Miami Negotiate a trade which was The Cardinals give Rosen to the Dolphins in exchange for Miami's second-round pick (62nd overall),  and a 2020 fifth-round pick.<br>d. Where? This trade took place during the First Draft day at Tennessee, in Downtown.<br>e. When? This happened on April 26, 2019.<br>f. Why? The Cardinals let go of Rosen because after the results of his first season with them wasn't what they were looking for and wanted a new quarterback. Also the Cardinals had the first pick of the draft and saw the number one prospect of quarterback in the draft class called Kyler Murray, which he is a very talented player and the Cardinals wanted him instead of Rosen.  </div>]]></description>

Dvir Dehry has been charged with 60 counts of animal cruelty, as the goats, sheep, chickens, horses, donkeys, swine, guinea pigs, llamas, alpacas, and emus were severely emaciated and in foul living conditions.<br>c.          <title>Investigation underway after foul odor leads to discovery of corpse in Miami Beach</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>NAME: Angelique Miller-Lawson<br>QUALITY OF NEWS: Proximity<br>WHO: A deceased body who hasn't been identified yet.<br>WHAT: Was found by someone who then called the police.<br>WHEN: At around 6:00 P. M. On Tuesday, April 30th, of 2019.<br>WHERE: Miami - Dade/Miami Beach, Florida in one of the Apartment Complexes over there, by 15th Street and Michigan Avenue.<br>WHY: The cause of this person's death has still not yet been discovered, but the Police and Investigators are still trying to find out. There is a person of interest, though, but they can't/haven't found their location.<br>HOW: Neighbors and residents always smelled the stench of the dead person, but thought it was from rats. It was an employee of the apartments that had a spare key and took a look to figure out what the smell was and found the body.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<h1>Three New York teens arrested after discussing plans to bomb high school.</h1><div>Who: Three 16 year old kids <br>When: May 2<br>Where: New York , Connetquot High School<br>What: Three high school  kids were discussing bombing the school when kids overheard them and reported their conversation.<br>Why: It’s 2019 and a lot of people take this type of stuff seriously specially in the state of New York where 911 happened so of course talking about bombing the school would worry other students.<br>How:The kids were arrested by the police after the serious report came from school administrators, their names are not not being released by the police, they face fourth degree conspiracy charges.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
