         <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="https://jacstoronto.org/">Toronto addiction</a></div><div>Since 2007, Rabbi David Appelrouth has provided services to the Toronto Jewish Community. He currently imparts his warmth and enthusiasm for Judaism to students at Tanenbaum CHAT after serving in a rabbinic capacity at the Forest Hill Jewish Centre and Yeshivat Ohr Chaim.</div><div>Rabbi David not only has experience in Jewish education but also has an MSW from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Since 2020, he has worked in the field of addictions with JACS, concentrating on CBT and Motivational Interviewing as client-centered treatment modalities. As a co-facilitator of JACS group sessions, Rabbi David loves to combine his spiritual understanding with mental health concepts.</div><div>Being a kind and sympathetic person, Rabbi David Appelrouth is eager to contribute his skills to the JACS team.</div><div>The Wurzweiler School of Social Work awarded Samantha Braiman a Masters in Social Work (MSW). She has earned a certificate in cognitive behavioral therapy and is a certified provider of treatment for personality disorders.</div><div>Samantha oversees the Clayton Rosenthal Youth Outreach Program and the Courage2Change initiatives. She enjoys educating Torontonians about JACS, addiction, and mental health issues and rallying support for them. Samantha is eager to get the chance to work in the field of addiction and to assist those battling with addiction through individual and group counseling through seminars in various educational institutions and youth groups.</div>]]></description>
