         <description><![CDATA[<div>*Acknowledge them personally, instead of calling them out when they are distracted, say something positive about what you notice about them or their environment, that wheels them back in.<br><br>*Show them their async work in a group call. They seem to love to show their work to their peers. (This might not work for older children as they are a bit more shy)<br><br>*Give them little clues, hints or challenges or questions for the content  you are about to present up next.<br><br>*Notice each child's position in the engagement chart and target that specifically. <br><br>*Routine rhymes and songs that engage them physically and also some novelty ones once in a while. </div>]]></description>
