Hello Mrs Siva, just wanted to clarify something regarding the NYAA template given to us. Is it correct to say that section B (the reflection section) is supposed to mention every activity in a paragraph or is it a summary of all them combined? Also would like to check, these are the 3 things that need to be submitted within the template correct?
1. The open ended questions on personal goals and improvements 
2. Table that details each activity and their duration 
3. An essay on reflections for the activities
