  • Setting up the printer

  • Having dedicated wifi for each room with cards that have the information!

  • Your support in setting up presenters

  • Having the decks and music going ahead of staff entering rooms

  • Very responsive team, always ready to support when asked

  • Moving to the front of the State Room in preparation to support any tech needs that may arise during the Opening Session with switching the deck, troubleshooting mics, etc.
