It consists in giving three genttle patting yourself in especifical zones in your body, for example: in the middle of your hed, in your face, in your heart... And meanwhile you're doing this, you have to reapeat positive phrases to cure your illness or disease. For example, if you have headache, you start to reapeat: I have headache and I accept me. Then, you will be change the phrase and say: I still have headache and I accept me. After that you have to switch the phrases as many times as you need until you will say: I feel better than after. An important thing is that you musn't say: 'no' in the middle of the phrases, because they allways have to be positive.
