This statement is really what drew me to my job. I am bran new to the field and my goal in life is to help people (other than myself and family) I want to make a difference in peoples lives and I can do that here. Sherwood is great at supporting their employees and I have already learned so much. I strongly believe that everybody deserves work if they want it as well as respect in the workplace. I am female and before my role as an ES I was the only female working in an all male setting. I was a mechanic of sorts and I did not receive the respect I deserve simply because of my sex. This is wrong and I know there is discrimination every day, especially for those that have disabilities. I would love to help however I can.
