I had a couple of challenges like how to start the conversation, another challenge was to communicate to some of my ESOL students who speak Arabic, Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese, and when my ESOL students don’t understand they go back speaking their own language. I also got to learn about different cultures, and countries and they even taught us a little of their language.
