I enjoyed using candy wrappers, colored pencils, pencils, sharpies, markers, watercolors, stickers, scissors, a ruler, a glue stick, magazine cutouts, and some of my original drawings in order to create a unique collage of items that represent me. I put a few creative twists into my work by adding 3-D items such as my very first dance trophy, and wrapping the board with one of my Indian dresses, since I hold my culture very dearly. This art piece isn’t shallow in the slightest. In fact, each and every section manages to connect back to me, and prove to be meaningful in that sense.
