         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Yoghurt Soup</strong><br><em>Ingredients</em>:<br>1 tea cup rice<br>1 bowl yoghurt<br>1 egg<br>2 tablespoons flour<br>1 liter water<br>1 bowl chickpea<br>1 teaspoon salt<br><em>For the sauce:<br></em>150g butter<br>1 sweetspoon mint<br><br><strong><em>Recipe</em></strong><em>:</em><br>First, rice is boil with 1 glass of water.<br>Second, 1 egg broke into a bowl yoghurt.<br>Then, 2 tbp flour mix with mixer.<br>And then, add the 1 lt water.<br>Mixed with mixer.<br>The mixture slowly add into boiled rice.<br>Boil the 5-10 minutes.<br><strong><em>Sauce:<br>Butter melt in a pan.<br>Add the mint. <br></em></strong>Sauce is slowly add to the boiling soup.<strong><em><br></em></strong><strong>Bon appetit!<br><br>p.s: salt is add when serving.<br></strong><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients:<br>-2 cups of bulgur<br>-2 cups of warm water<br>-0.25 cup of olive oil<br>-0.25 cup of lemon juice<br>-3 tbsp of tomato paste<br>-1 tbsp of salt<br>-1 cup of chopped onion<br>-1 cup of chopped parsley<br>-1/3 cup og chopped green onion<br>-0.5 cup of chopped fresh mint<br><br>First, put the dried bulgur into a large bowl and add warm water. Then, mix the oil, lemon juice, tomato paste and salt in an other small bowl. Pour them into bulgur and water mixture, mix them well.<br>Let stand the mixture at room temperature for about 1-2 hours. Then, add the other ingredients into the mixture. Let wait in the refrigerator for a hour before the serving.<br>Enjoy!</div>]]></description>
