Thank you for all you do for us Karin! You are a so kind, you listen to us, you invest in us, you know us as a person first and then as an employee!! You always have a bright contagious smile and great encouragement. I love the handwritten notes you send us each year and your time and heart that goes in to those words for us. My favorite memories are outings, state testing together and getting to have lunch with you and and girls. Santa Claus at the Winter outing might be my totally favorite memory of you!! Heather you are a data guru for sure!! Thank you for always helping me with data and reports! Even before being a principal you have always extended grace and help and kindness to me. You are a positive person that likes to laugh and make things fun!! Even though I was not at in person PD this year, one of my favorite memories is you getting the Elementary staff make a tiktok dance during PD. You bring a great sense of humor and relationships building to our K5 Elementary team!! We are so blessed to have you back. Happy Principals Day!
Heather and Karin, I have had the privilege to work under both of your leaderships. You both are awesome leaders. I feel it has always been an honor to be able to work at OVCA. It is such a bonus to have such great ladies in charge. I don't even have words to describe the differences you have made in my life and how you have pushed and molded me to be a better teacher each year. Thanks so much!
