After the lesson student will be asked to write what they remember about the lesson.
3 - things that they remember
2 - examples of what they have learned and 1- question that they have or what they do not understand. In this way I can se if they understood the lesson and I can direct the questions and confusion that they have and planned if for maybe a small group setting which I can have a more one on one teaching. This will also help me plan better for a similar lesson and figure different ways to implement my lesson and how I can plan more in differentiating the way I teach to reach all levels of learners in my class.

I will use this assessment as a closing activity, when I am asking them to dump what they've learned for the day. As the students toss the beach ball every corner have different questions that they will answer when they catch the ball to what corner of the question in the ball. In this way I can assess easily what interest the students most and how they responded to the lessons of the day or if they pay attention and learned something for the day. I will do this like 5 to 10 minutes before dismissal and as their bus are being called for dismissal, this will also keep them occupied while waiting for their buses.

I will have the students write something in a post it of how they feel about the lesson and on the other side of the post it, the students will create a question that is related to thee lesson of the day. I will make boxes with the students assigned number, and have them put their post it on their spot, which is their assigned parking spot. During small group, I will ask several students probably group of 4 to 6, I will ask them to take their post it and bring it to the small group so we can discuss how do they feel and address it they are confuse or having difficult time with the lesson and at the other time, with the small group with their peers the students will take the questions that they create about the lesson and talk about it among their peers.

This is one of my favorite assessment. The exit ticket, this assessment will give me more idea of how the lesson reflex, or how the students absorb the lesson every lessons are important, but there are times that we really want them to pay attention because we are preparing them for a big unit test, district test or milestone test. At the end of the lesson, each student will fill out their exit slip, they are to express what do they feel about the lesson, what's their background knowledge about it, did they learn new things about the lesson and what questions and or part of the lesson they are not understanding or still confuse about. This exit slip also will give me idea on who is the student, is there any learning disability that I did not address on the lesson? And how I can plan more in differentiating the way I teach.

I can use this assessment for a quick evaluation on how the lesson reflect to the students. Each student will put their name on a post it, or another way I can do it is to give each student a post it, then at the end of the lesson I will ask them how do they fell or think about the lesson, and sometimes students do not want to be called out if they really did not understand the lesson so I am just going to based it somewhat a general/overall assessment. I will ask them to put the post it to where they think they are on the lesson, green if they understand it, yellow if they are still confuse and red for they need more elaboration on the lesson. In this way the student my fell a little more relax to admit if they really do not understand the lesson and If I see post it on the yellow and red, that gives me the hint that some of the students need further discussion or different strategy on how will I teach the lesson to reach all the students.
