In my classroom, I use choice boards/menus that are leveled by product difficulty. Each part of the board has a different value. For example, the appetizers are somewhat quick to complete and mostly at the Knowledge or Comprehension level of Bloom's Taxonomy and/or DOK (Depth of Knowledge) Level 1. The entree items are at DOK 2 and require students to apply or analyze.
