Each unit has its own tab. The first column has the topic of the announcement and the second column has the HMTL. I am also trying to publish my announcements each in a Google Doc so I do not have to worry about the image locations. I do however organize them by unit. This helps me to keep them organized in a more timely manner. I normally save the html code with it, image address or where it is from (pixabay etc.)
