- No you should not. According to ACM code of ethics, we should respect privacy.

Is it OK to read employees'  e-mail as a security measure to ensure that sensitive company information isn't being disclosed?
- Employees should follow the honor confidentiality not to disclose company information. Even if there is no policy impulse on them, as a professional responsibility, they should not expose any information of the company to outside.

If you do read employees' e-mail, should you disclose that policy to them?
Yes, Computing professionals should establish transparent policies and procedures that allow individuals to understand what data is being collected and how it is being used, to give informed consent for automatic data collection, and to review, obtain, correct inaccuracies in, and delete their personal data.
