2. Performance versus Demonstration. Giving a scholar a 0% F on assignments they attempt stunts their motivation to continue to attempt the course work and severely limits their effort. 
3. 2. Change in the math teachers grading habits. Teach to mastry and scale the points higher at end of week when the students fully understand.

3. yes. to many of our kids parents work trades. The boys especailly. ac, plumbers, contractors, mechanics.
