         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.  A majority of students failed math courses for the 1st semester.  This a cause for concern when you look at the data from other similar schools also.<br>2. Performance versus Demonstration. Giving a scholar a 0% F on assignments they attempt stunts their motivation to continue to attempt the course work and severely limits their effort. <br>3.  I think the vocational/trade school option should be a magnet program that allows those scholars to explore careers outside of college and universities.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.Math students are failing  drastically more than any other sub.<br><br>2. Change in the math teachers grading habits. Teach to mastry and scale the points higher at end of week when the students fully understand. <br><br>3. yes. to many of our kids parents work trades. The boys especailly. ac, plumbers, contractors, mechanics. Last time I checked they make more than us!</div>]]></description>

Math teahers can alter grading based on performance rather than outcome, this will possibly help keep the students stay motivated.<br>3. Yes I believe that they should have the opportunity to explore vocational/trade school options. This might help students stay motivated and on task.</div>]]></description>
