It's not a surprise that it have added sugar. But did you know that pasta sauce and ketchup also have added sugar too. People that eat low fat sauces didn't know that it have added sugar. To much  sugar in bad for us. Instead of people having soda they have fruit smoothies. But sometimes you need to be careful because they can have some added sugar. The smoothies that have added sugar have the same amount as a glass of fizzy soda pop. The people that made plain cereal then put sugar to give it a little sweet. Did you know that some car run on sugar. Then people can go buy there own gas at the super market instead of going to the gas stashing.
