When I go to get a snack, I usually want something that will taste good, and probably go for the junk food. If I start choosing more fruits and vegetables instead of cookies or chips, I will feel and look much better. </div>]]></description>

Having goals makes you work harder towards whatever you are doing because it will motivate you to finish them. It can be easy to give up on goals and not want to finish them, but once they are finished, then it makes you feel more accomplished. </div>]]></description>

Being more positive can make you feel more motivated, and it will keep you in a better mood. It helps you to learn new words and understand different concepts that you might not know about yet.
