Most of the particles did pass throug, some bounced right back<br>4. Father of the nuclear age; On his model, the atom's thinly dispersed positive charge was not enough to deflect the particles in any one place. Effect was like a bunch of tennis balls punching through a thin paper screen.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Not beinf confined to a particular point in space<br>4. Werner Heisenberg showed it was impossible to determine the exact position and speed of electrons as they moved around an atom.
