Our way of living health and wellness: eating well and exercising! Specifically, every Wednesday throughout the year, we've had a healthy snack of fresh bread and extra virgin olive oil. We realized a visual reminder about what is considered healthy food and what, instead, should be eaten with moderation. We've also decided to experiment with yoga, discovering its beneficial effects both on our body and our mind. We've learned to relax with mindful breathing and have learned some children's yoga poses, associated with animals. We had a lot of fun!

Finally, both 4A and 4B (Gissi), created a storybook, using A.I. It tells an invented story on this important topic and summarize, some way, our healthy choices :)
