Below is my input about Ahmad's performance during the last task.

Although Ahmad could finish all the data collection on time, I noticed that he was quite weak in managing the collection. 
It was noticed that he was focusing on just collecting the data without paying attention to the type of data. Thus, this may affect the decision-making about the candidates.

One of his strengths is that he can finish the data collection on time. One of the areas he needs to work on is improving his communication skills.

Here is my input on Hamza's performance during the project. 

Although he could do his task on time, I noticed that he was quite weak in managing his task with the team. It was noticed that he didn't communicate well with the team/clients to generate information. Thus, the quality of the task was not sufficient enough.
