Using color and/or black and white for photographs, it sets a mood of the picture as a whole. By taking faceless photographs, i think there could be more emotion introduced into the photograph because you cannot read the emotion off of the person's face. Sometimes there may not be more emotion through faceless, but a sense of unique beauty in each photograph.
