Once you think something negative or positive your body starts to comply to your thinking and change the. One experience is a job interview I had which made me feel very nervous so it made me feel small with my movements, I wasn’t very open. It was like I wasn’t ready for it or something.

I agree with what she said because 4 years ago I applied to a job where I didn’t thing I’ll be getting, when I was waiting for my turn in the interview room I was doing what she said must be people; looking down into my phone minding my business and I was also had my body shriveled up and so did everyone else in the room. Once I went into the room and I sat on the chair in front of my employer and she say that I was nervous and stuttering all over the place. Once I relaxed and become more “dominant” I was able to show her my true self.
