The name of the treaty was "The Chickasaw Peace Treaty Feeler". They originally lived in the Southeast in areas of Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky. The treaty was proposed on 9th July 1782 in Paymingo. It was delivered by Simon Burney to the Commanders of every different Station between this Nation and the Falls of the Ohio River. The treaty asks the tribes to let the US citizens be able to plant and farm near their territory. This treaty would later force the Chickasaw and many other tribes to relocate and be part of the "trail of tears".

The treaty was between the USA and the Iroquois Confederacy. The tribes of the confederacy were the Oneidas, Onondagas, Cayugas, Tuscarora, Mohawk, and Senekas who made up the six nations. One of the articles says that the United States people can use their roads and harbors and such freely. Another of the articles says that if individuals on either side of the treaty commit misconduct against the other then personal revenge shall not be how it is settled. And that it will be settled through official means of making a complaint to your official to give to the other party's official. The first article is simple and stated that the two parties involved are hereby perpetually friends.

Treaty of Hartford (1638) - Adrian V

The 1638 Treaty of Hartford concluded the Pequot war which lasted from 1636 - 1638. The war was fought between the Massachusetts bay, Plymouth, Connecticut colonies, Narragansett, and Mohegan tribes against the Pequot tribe. The treaty was signed between the Connecticut colony's settlements and their native allies. The land of the Pequot was taken for the Connecticut colony, the area is now the south eastern corner of the state. The Pequot tribe was abolished and its name banned. The people of the tribe were split between the Narragansett and Mohegan tribes and others were made prisoners by the colonies. Though they lost their land and were forced to integrate into other tribes the Pequot identity did remain. The area would once again be plunged into conflict during King Phillip's (Chief Metacomet's) War in 1675.
