Team Adventure boys including me pulled tents down on everyone else.

We did low ropes

We had a fruit, a peter pocket and a lolly cake for lunch.

We did orienteering and map reading

We slept on the top bunk.

We were doing high ropes which was fun.

  • ABL Games - Saying person on other side of tarpaulin wall, sneak up on granny with water bottle, mountains and giants and buddies up buddies down buddies all around
  • Orienteering - Finding little bits of pipe with numbers and letters to remember
  • Low Ropes - Getting into birth month order  on log without getting off, getting through web without touching the ropes and not going through the same rope twice, building tower to hook swing rope up and swing from behind other rope to platform.
  • Swimming - In the river, very cold with people jumping in and swam to rock and back
  • Tubing - Out of calm and back again, donut contest, down the rapids twice
  • Flying Kiwi - Pulled up by the rest of the group, through two balls into a hoola hoop Tineke was holding, and magic carpet, lying on the ground and being pulled up fast
  • Bivvy Making - Used sticks to make a hut that our whole group could fit into
  • Bush Skills - Talking about leaving no trace and destroying our bivvys
  • Camp Out - Built tents in the bush and roasted marshmallows
  • High Trees - Three different courses, two with a tightrope, one with one rope to hold onto, one with two, and the shape shifter, where you had to go from one shape to another
  • Nightline - We were blindfolded and had to go in groups along the ropes
