I completed a higher education program in food industry processes and quality. I did my internship at Cuétara. Then I covered for a maternity leave at the same company as a Quality Control Technician. Hello! My name is Nerea Valenzuela Gómez de Ávila I am 24 years old and I am from Madrid, Spain. I live in Getafe a little city in the south of Madrid. I live in a flat with my parets and my little brother Adrian. Now a days I am studying Food Engineering at the Politecnic University of Madrid. I am in my last year, so that I am impatient to be part of the labor market.

Before that I study in I.E.S Lope de Vega a higher vocational training in Quality Control and Analysis, and I worked in FAMAR, a pharmaceutical company where I learn how to be perseverant and efficiente.

When I have some free days in summer or christmas i work as a leader in some camps taking care of childrens or teenagers, at weekends I work in a school of the north of Madrid making some crafts with boys and girls with the age of five to ten. I am a fourth year food engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. I am student with a strong passion in food production.

Throughout my studies, I have developed a solid understanding of quality management systems, such as HACCP. I have also gained practical skills in sensory, microbiological and physicochemical analysis.

In my role as a quality assistant and operator at Cater-Line, I gained key skills in routine quality control ans in managing documentation for the HACCP systems.
