Sidecar Coffee - A coffee shop that roasts their own coffee and has several locations in CF/Waterloo. I would go to Sidecar because I love local coffee shops and there is one walking distance from campus. I could see myself going there to get an iced coffee and study on weekend mornings every so often.

Main Street Waterloo - A volunteer organization dedicated to the economic development, restoration, and beautification of downtown Waterloo. I think I would volunteer with Main Street Waterloo because I'm interested in the development of the Cedar Valley and helping it to continue to progress. I would like to volunteer to work at some of their events and maybe eventually work up to being on the board.

Food Truck Festival - A festival in Waterloo where they bring in food trucks of a variety of cuisines from across the Midwest. I want to go to this community event because I'm a huge foodie, and I think food trucks are completely underrated. I could see myself trying a lot of new cuisines there and participating in the vote for best food truck!
